Returns & Exchanges
We want you to truly love every piece you bring into your Urban Ashram Home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they meet the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Items that have been installed, assembled, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Oversized Furniture Returns
Large furniture pieces require specialized freight handling and coordination.
For this reason:
• Oversized items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• A return processing fee of 3.5% will apply.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund based on the carrier’s charges.
• Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Oversized items must be returned in their original crate or packaging to ensure safe transport.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Please include:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide instructions and coordinate pickup if necessary.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14–21 business days.
• Shipping, freight, and white-glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or made-to-order furniture or décor
• Items marked Final Sale
7. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
This allows us to quickly coordinate a replacement or resolution.
