Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFO

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Furniture items are anticipated to ship within 1-4 weeks from the in stock and processing date. 

*In-stock items lead times are also subject to delays due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season.  

Cancelation requests will NOT be approved if an item is in stock, or once an item has been queued to ship.

Furniture and large items will be delivered by a third party service provider. Transit times are estimated to be 8-22 business days. Once your shipment has reached the final terminal and is ready for delivery, a third party representative will contact you directly to schedule a date/time.

All shipments will be delivered packaged at your doorstep. Furniture and large item shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect the shipment before signing off on the delivery - any damages to the product or packaging must be photographed and documented with your signature to ensure proper retribution. 

Please note, our drivers are NOT obligated to bring furniture inside your home unless you have upgraded your shipment to White Glove. If you live in an area with limited access (complex with stairs, etc.) notify support@urbanashramhome at the time of checkout.

 

Delivery Process for large items

If your item and delivery address are eligible, you'll be able to pick from a range of special delivery options during checkout. Additional fees may apply based on your selection.

Curbside Drop-Off ( default )
The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb, within the scheduled four-hour window. You may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from curbside to your house.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery covers the delivery service from unloading the item(s) from the truck, the removal from curbside to the room you choose, the light assembly of the item(s), and the removal of the boxes and debris.

Please note that if no delivery options can be chosen at the checkout page, the item(s) would be delivered curbside drop-off by default.

You will receive a notification email with the tracking information once the items are shipped out from the warehouse.

You will receive a phone call from our delivery carrier to arrange a drop-off date and a four-hour window and White-Glove service if you have purchased for additional service. The appointment will be scheduled in prior 24-48 hours.

If you do not feel like keeping the item or the item got damaged when it arrives, please do NOT continue with the installation as it will affect the return. Please keep all the packaging materials and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
